I paid postage for a fee trial of Optimal Stack. I checked my accounts last week and realised that the company has taken out two lots of NZ$250 dollars out of my account without my consent for the last two months.

I am struggling to get in contact with the company. I will go to the bank on Monday to cancel my card to stop the payments coming out. ABSOLUTE SCAM - stay clear! Something needs to be done about this company as it seems that I am not the only one who has been ripped off.

There are no ingredients identified on the container and as of yet have not opened the bottles to try the dodgy product. An expensive lesson!

Sent my blood pressure thru the roof and i cant get a number to cancel.i am from Western Australia

I live in Australia and again they have money from my account wich I didn't sign up for.

All I wanted was the free trial and now one payment of $115 and another yesterday of $113 has been taken from my account.

I still haven't even received my free trial and it was a month and a half ago I ask for it.

I can't get in contact with the optimal stack people and I'm getting extremely pissed off.

I want my $228 dollars back and them to stop derictly taking my money without my permission.

They can shove the free trial.

How can I get in contact with these thieves???????????

RECIEVED THE OPTIMAL STACK PRODUCTS, READ THE WARNINGS AND REALIZED I COULD NOT USE THE PRODUCT DUE TO OTHER CURRENT MEDICATIONS.I TRIED TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY VIA THE WEBSITE ADDRESS ON THE BOTTLES,, FAILURE,,SURPRISE SURPRISE. TIME TO GO DOWN TO THE BANK AND BLOCK ANY MORE UNWANTED SUPPLIES.

ALWAYS TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE FINE PRINT FOLKS,I HAVE NO IDEA IF THIS PRODUCT WORKS, BUT AS ALWAYS, USER OR BUYER BEWARE. PERHAPS ONE DAY UNETHICAL COMPANYS WILL BE SERVERLY PROSECUTED FOR FALSELY PRESENTING PRODUCTS.PROBABLY NOT A GOOD IDEA TO HOLD YOUR BREATH WAITING FOR THAT TO HAPPEN THOUGH.

I ordered the free trial one, I have been charged every month since no number to call or speak to anyone to cancel or unsubscribe, I requested the bank to cancel my card and issue new one somehow I still getting charged, I would like optimal stack to stop deducting money out my credit card .

Bro this is *** never received the free trial then charged $117 nz dollars after a month without still receiving a damn thing been trying to call but all numbers don't work and have sent a *** load of emails to an address that apparently doesn't exist... what the *** i want my money back. The order number was 606**** and 606****.

I ordered a bottle thinking I was gone get one but they kept sending them to me and hitting my dam card every month tried to call but no answer so I just ordered a new check card and stopped all that I got a like 7 bottles what it does is give u energy for more reps I found myself lifting like a mad man I started running round the track never did that I was doing more sit ups and was going longer and harder in the bedroom if u order sum off line and u only want one get that one then get a new card number my ordering online days are OVER !

Tried the Free Trial of Optimal Stack. 2 Weeks later I received a bottle of Mass PM. I figured they gave me the other sample. Another week later I received another bottle of optimal stack. I checked my credit cared and sure enough I was billed for both. The Product works, I have trimmed up and notice a difference when I do not take it. But for $228 Canadian a month for both products is way too much.

I called the 800 number, spoke with a real person in under 5 minutes. I cancelled my subscription, they were kind and did not try to change my mind. If anyone wants to cancel just call 1-86*-330-****

If you can afford it Go for it. Based on one month use it is a great way to jump start getting into shape.

i ordered this trial as well as another product called masspm which apparently works well with optimal stack but i am trying to cancel both trials before the 10 day period but the numbers i have been given for both sites cannot connect. how has anyone gotten in contact with them? because i would really like to know how to cancel this ***.

I realized early that I had become the victim of a scam. So I simply cancelled my card number and got a new one for my credit card.

Now they cannot take any more funds from me. *** scamers.

I'm am trying to find the phone no for optimal stack so I can cancel my order. I live in Australia, can someone please help?

product is garbage and they lock you in sending you product every month and charging you $100 a bottle.

Got cheap one day decided to try the free trial and it ended up costing me $200 and maybe more if it doesnt get resolved. So plz do not buy this pile of ***

hi i had ordered optimal lstack for trial and i just find i have been charged for 2 bottles at $118.68 nz dollars twice and have no idea that it would do this and very disappointed how this happened , now i would like to return this product and stop sending anymore please. please contact me as i cant contact directly to this company . with my product i have no receipts or any paper documents came and i cant get hold of optimal stack, can you please help as it seem i am getting sucked in to this
