Confrontational Customer Service, deliberately unclear on the terms. (even if you cancel the auto renew, they charge $40 for the"free" trial....find that in the terms if you can)

To fully return the Return Code they give you is 18 digits long...lol (guess they're hoping for a typo)

Looks like I may escape with only a $10 cost for nothing.

I haven't even gone down the path of buying anything after reading these posts, and tried ringing the Australian customer service number only to discover it isn't even connected!! Thanks everyone for saving me from this *** scam! Cheers all, I reckon you should all look at a class-action suit

Fine print does say you will be charged and charged every month if not cancelled within 14 days

Well, technically you guys are all fools for not reading the "Terms and Conditions".

I was considering ordering it, but it says right in the T&C, that if you don't cancel within 14 days of ordering, you will be sent another 30 day supply and charged the purchase price of the bottle they sent you.

8. 14 Day and 10 day Trial Terms:

Prices for shipping and merchandise vary by product. Please see specific details in the terms located on the individual product pages. By ordering a trial you will be sent a 30 day supply of the product and charged only for shipping ($1.95 - $9.95 depending on product). If you feel the product is not for you, cancel within 14 days from the order date if you purchased a 14 day trial, or within 10 days if you purchased a 10 day trial, to avoid the full purchase price ($49.95 - $169.99 depending on product) and enrollment in the auto-shipment program which sends you a month supply every 30 days and charges the same purchase price (shipping is free for all auto-ship orders). To cancel anytime simply call 1-80*-296-**** to receive an RMA and return any unused portion to us within 30 days. Any charges will appear as MassPM on your credit card statement.

I signed up for the free trial.

It's over a month now and I have not received the product but a direct debit of $118 has come out of my account.

I want my money back but I can't get hold of them on any number given.

This is a sham.

I need a to be able to get my money back and somehow get in touch with this company.

Alright so I purchased optimal stack and am now trying to cancel it but I live in Australia and the 2 numbers they provided don't connect so I decided to cancel my card. I got my new card and checked my bank account this morning and money has been taken from my account with my new card number next to the transaction is this even possible I activated the card yesterday!!!!

I don't know what to do.

Do not enter credit card info for Optimal Stack. These pre-workout pills are a hoax, they are not good for you.

Your credit card will be charged regardless of the free-trial *** they say.

Phone 1-80*-936-**** to cancel. If they do not co-operate, let your financial institution know.

Tried the free trial masspm. Can't cancel the subscription and now being charged 250 a month..

tried calling, can't get through to a real person. Says my only phone number isn't found. put in a credit card dispute. Would say not to do the trial.

Yes optimal stack is a rip off company and don't ask for a free trial as they will go ahead and bill you anyways for your next lot of supplements. I used them for five days and half way through a workout, I *** and ended up shittin myself, luckily I was alone in my room on a minesite.Not happy.

Me and a mate both paid for a free trial, then was called by a lady saying I never paid for the free trial, and 2 weeks later still nothing in the mail

I CALLED them to place the order.. I wanted to know exactly what I was getting into, they insisted it was a completely free trial, no subscription and all they wanted was my feedback...

well... sure enough, 2 weeks later, they billed my credit... So i called them up and got a bunch of giberish, first person i spoke to was so quiet and hardly spoke english, so I called back again... now this guy gave me a whole new story on how I was supposed to return the UNOPENED bottles, if I didnt like the product...

now.. how the heck does that make any sense.... he said the only other option was to give me a 75 percent refund....

which by the way STILL hasn't been processed.... If there really is a lawsuit towards this company, I want in!, someone give me some details
