Not resolved

Ordered the trial on Aug 15. Aug 22 hadn't received the trial.

Called to cancel (within the ten days) and the rep said he would extend the trial period to Sept 2. Called today to cancel and the rep said I had to call within the ten days. I explained that it was the tenth day. They won't accept the return and I have a pending charge on my CC for $95.

The rep was rude and an ***. I just feel *** I signed up for this.

Do NOT buy this product via the "free" trial. Will be disputing the charge when it is finally posted to my CC.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $95.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
